Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context requires it, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Access to and use of the jand4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which you must satisfy at all times during your membership:

• You must be a natural person and at least 21 years of age. jand4d strictly prohibits access by persons under 21, in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesia market.
• You must be the account holder and acting solely on your own behalf. Opening an account on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, consultant, officer, or director of jand4d, or an immediate family member of any such person, where such status would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You must not be residing in, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited and where participation would render you liable to criminal prosecution.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or self-excluded from the jand4d Platform, or from another regulated gaming operator where such exclusion applies cross-platform.

To access the full range of jand4d services, you must register a Member account. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of your Account:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) jand4d Account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity, IP address, device, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information at registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. jand4d is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Member.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. jand4d will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
4. KYC Verification: jand4d reserves the right to request identity documents at any time, including during registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a pattern of account activity that triggers compliance review. Accepted documents include a valid Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk Nasional), passport, or driver's license, alongside proof of address and a live selfie with ID. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension.
5. Account Inactivity: Accounts that remain entirely inactive (no login, no deposit, no wager) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. jand4d will notify the Member via the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. Dormancy fees, where applied, will not exceed the lower of Rp 50.000 per calendar month or the remaining Account balance.

All financial transactions on jand4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Approved Deposit Methods. jand4d currently accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available methods are displayed in the deposit module of your Account and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are displayed at the point of transaction. jand4d reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum transaction limits at its discretion, subject to providing reasonable notice to Members via the Platform or email.

4.3 Processing Times. Deposits made via local bank transfer or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are typically credited to your jand4d Account within five (5) minutes during operational hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Withdrawals are processed within three (3) minutes to two (2) hours under normal circumstances. Processing times may be extended during national holidays, scheduled bank maintenance periods, or when a withdrawal request is pending KYC review.

4.4 Own Funds Only. You warrant that all funds deposited to jand4d are legally yours and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. jand4d complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and may freeze funds or report activity to relevant authorities where suspicious transaction patterns are identified.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, in line with anti-money laundering requirements. jand4d reserves the right to require additional verification before releasing withdrawals above certain threshold amounts.

jand4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms (e.g., "30x bonus amount"). Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds.
• Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. jand4d reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on account history, geographic location, wagering behavior, or compliance status.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Members may hold only one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus before fulfilling the wagering requirement on an existing one may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Prohibited Strategies: Using bonus funds in a low-risk, mathematically hedged manner designed specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine gambling risk (commonly known as "bonus abuse" or "arbing") is prohibited. jand4d reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings, and to restrict or close accounts, where such activity is detected.
• Promotional Validity: Each promotion has an expiry date. Bonus Funds not used and wagering requirements not completed within the stated validity windo w will be removed from your Account.

All wagers placed on the jand4d Platform are governed by the specific rules of the relevant betting product, together with the following general provisions:

• Bettors Must Be 21+: Only Verified Members aged 21 or over may place wagers on any jand4d product.
• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until jand4d issues an explicit bet confirmation reference number. jand4d is not liable for any bet that did not receive an official confirmation, regardless of whether a balance was deducted.
• Maximum Payouts: Each bet type carries a maximum payout cap, which is clearly stated in the relevant betting rules. Reserves the right to adjust these caps with reasonable notice.
• Limits: jand4d reserves the right to set, limit, or refuse any single wager, aggregated wager, winning wager, or account betting limit, at its sole discretion. Where a wager violates recognized restrictions, jand4d may reduce or void it.
• Settlement Timing: Sports wagers are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing sports body. Live wagers are settled at the moment of conclusion. togel wagers are settled based on the applicable official draw result.
• Void Conditions: Where an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, jand4d voids the relevant bets and returns the stake to each Member's Account in accordance with the rules applicable to the product in question — whether via bandar bola (sports-betting) terms or casino rules.
• Technical Errors: jand4d reserves the right to void any bets settled on erroneous odds, incorrect results, or technical errors, whether caused by a third party provider or an internal platform error.
• Casino & Skill-Based Game Rules: All casino game rules follow the published game guidelines of the respective software provider. jand4d accepts no responsibility for variance or the outcome of any individual round unless the game itself is found to be defective.

jand4d is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. Please review the available safety tools operating across your Account balance, betting limits, and practices:

• Self-Exclusion: You may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the jand4d Platform at any time. A minimum self-exclusion period of 24 hours applies to any request, and during the period you will not be able to login, deposit, or place any wager.
• Reality Checks: jand4d provides on-screen session durations, real-time balance, and a reminder mechanism. You are entitled to pause or discontinue your session at any moment.
• Deposit Limits: You may configure daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly in your Account settings to control expenditure. These limits may be reduced at any time but any increase will only take effect after 24 hours.
• Minimum Age: jand4d requires all members to be at least 21 years old. Access by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Assistance: If you believe your betting is becoming problematic, jand4d urges you to contact our dedicated support team via the registered support email address listed in the Contact section of these terms, who will provide guidance and, where appropriate, refer you to professional support services.

While using the jand4d Platform, you expressly agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including the laundering of proceeds from criminal activity, or in a manner that breaches the "Applicable Law" of your jurisdiction.
• Employ any technical manipulation, bots, automated scripts, or any other mechanism intended to interfere with the integrity of the Platform, wagers, or services.
• Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to the jand4d servers, databases, other Members' accounts, or any linked third-party system.
• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration, KYC, or in the course of your membership.
• Knowingly place wagers for, or on behalf of, any third party without the prior written consent of jand4d, or attempt to exchange funds between accounts.
• Intentionally engage in any fraudulent, collusive, or abusive behavior in order to exploit bonuses, promotions, or other Platform benefits.
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform, including by knowingly transmitting any malicious code, harmful data, or any other computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, or malicious software.
• Create more than one Account, or facilitate anyone else creating multiple Accounts, in violation of section 3 above.

All content made available on the jand4d Platform — including but not limited to the jand4d name and logo, software, text, graphics, user interface designs, icons, videos, odds feeds, and database compilations — is the exclusive property of jand4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable, personal, non-exclusive license to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Platform content, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of jand4d.

You may not use the jand4d name, logo, or any trademark, service mark, or trade dress without the express prior written permission of jand4d.

To the fullest extent permitted under Applicable Law, jand4d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, usage, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any loss arising from events outside jand4d's reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, third-party provider failures, exchange or bank service interruptions, or any force majeure event.
• Any loss of winnings arising from the erroneous settlement of any wager resulting from an evident, manifest, or technical error, where jand4d has acted in accordance with the void-conditions provision set out in section 6.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials.

To the extent that jand4d is found to be liable in connection with this agreement, such liability shall be limited exclusively to the total amount of your deposited Real Money Funds at the time the liability arose. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law, including any liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability arising out of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11.1 Termination by jand4d. jand4d may suspend or terminate your Account, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without prior notice, where, in jand4d's sole and reasonable opinion:

• You have materially breached these Terms & Conditions; or
• Your conduct is deemed reckless, fraudulent, or in violation of the spirit of the agreement; or
• Ongoing compliance, legal, or regulatory requirements so require.

11.2 Termination by the Member. You may close your Account at any time by contacting jand4d support. For self-exclusion, the minimum period set out in section 7 applies.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, any outstanding Balance held in your Account (subject to verification and applicable bonus and wagering conditions) will be payable to you in accordance with the withdrawal provisions set out in section 4. If your Account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, jand4d may withhold the entire Account balance, including all Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.

jand4d reserves the right to update, amend, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Any material changes will be notified by email to the registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the jand4d Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, to the greatest extent permitted by law.

These Terms & Conditions and the relationship between you and jand4d shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which jand4d is licensed and operates as an international online gaming provider. Where any dispute, controversy, or claim arises out of or relates to these Terms & Conditions, the use of the jand4d Platform, or any wager, you agree to first contact jand4d support in good faith to attempt to resolve the matter informally.

Should a dispute remain unresolved following our good-faith attempt at a resolution, jand4d shall seek to settle the matter through the dispute-resolution and arbitration procedure designated by its licensing regulator. You accept that any issues related to the outcome of an individual event, match, or game are settled in accordance with the specific betting and game rules set out in section 6.
